This is Truly Raw Cheese. To respect and preserve the healing power of raw milk's enzymes, probiotics, fats and proteins, we only warm the milk to 103 degrees F. (cow body temperature) during cheese making.
Ingredients:
Raw Milk from Organic Grass-Fed Jersey Cows, Cheese Cultures, Rennet, Enzymes, Sea Salt, Annatto Seed Extract.

*All Family Cow orders must be placed by Monday at noon for pickup on Thursday or delivery the following Tuesday. This is due to farm delivery schedules. There is a $50 minimum for The Family Cow. 

Pickup:

All pickup orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, and there is no minimum order. (Please make sure to place Saturday pickup orders by 10am on Friday.)

Orders can be picked up at our location in the Strip District at 2840 Smallman Street.

Please note, if your order contains items from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch the lead times will be more than 24 hours. Jubilee Hilltop Ranch orders will need to be placed by Monday at 10 am for pickup on Thursday or delivery the following Wednesday.

Delivery:

The minimum order for home delivery is $100. There is a $23 delivery fee. You can always pick up your order at our location in the Strip District if that works better for you or you don't reach the minimum.

Unless otherwise noted, all of your orders from The Prime Butcher menu are hand-cut, fresh to order daily. They will arrive at your door fresh and will need to be brought inside that same day.

Our home delivery schedule is now on Wednesdays each week.

Please note, all Jubilee Hilltop Ranch items are frozen fresh.
